Orders

By placing an order you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction or incorporation into any other work of part or all of the material available on this website in any form is prohibited.

Cancellation, Return and Refund

You can cancel your order any time before it was shipped and we will give you a full refund excluding the paypal/card processing feed within 30 days.

If your order has been despatched you can return only dry products that has not been opened, in perfect condition and in its original package. Upon arrival of return we will refund the cost of goods excluding paypal/card processing fee and any postage. You need to give us a written notice within 7 days period of receipt of your order.

Your unwanted product should be sent to:

We do not despatch out of date products therefore this reason cannot be presented when returning any item.

If we send you the wrong item in error, please email us immediately and we will either replace the item or refund it. If any postage costs are incurred due to our error, we will refund you for your costs within 14 days.

Unfortunately we can’t be responsible for any damage during transport.

Payments

All order is in the possession of Lexi Hungary Ltd until it is fully paid. Goods will only be shipped once the amount has been cleared. You can either use Paypal or credit/debit card for secure payment.

We reserve the right to change our price any time.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT.

We process online transactions using Paypal Pro Shopping Cart system ensuring your card details are never viewed by anyone but your credit card provider.

Delivery

All items will be shipped from Hungary by the Hungarian Post Office or a European leading courier company. We use the cheapest options for you. Orders generally collected by Saturday and despatched on every Monday. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

If you need something for a specific date urgently just send us an email and we will post your parcel as soon as we can.

We are constantly adding new countries’ delivery options and prices so if you can’t find your country please send is an email and we will put on the website.

You are responsible for getting to know about the customs restriction of your country before you place an order.

Privacy Policy

When you register with Choice of Hungary website, your information is stored in our database. If you wish to see the information we have stored on your behalf, simply login to your account.

In order to process your order, we need to collect personal details from you. These are your name, address, phone number (we can contact you if there is any problem with your order) and your email address. Your email address is used if there is a problem with your order, and also to advise you of our special offers.

There is an option for subscribe to our newsletter. If you do not wish to receive it just send us an email with a subject Unsubscribe and we take you off the mailing list.

We do not share information with anyone. It is collected by us, for the sole use of communicating with you about items for sale on Choice of Hungary website.

We do not store any of your financial details. Once your transaction has been processed your details are destroyed.

Information submitted via the Choice of Hungary website will not be passed on to any other organisation.

These terms and your use of the Choice of Hungary website shall be governed by and in accordance with English law. If any provision of these exclusions and disclaimers shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
